ABOUT: JAMES “JAY” GUILFORD (he / him / his) once worked with a bunch of clowns.  Literally.  For six years, Jay ran away with Cirque du Soleil, where he designed Cirque’s corporate training program targeting Fortune 500 companies.  Jay has developed and delivered leadership programs and other training solutions for corporations and national nonprofits. Jay partners with executive teams and human resources — and uses data-driven approaches — to implement training solutions that seamlessly integrate with the organization’s culture, emerging needs and business goals.

SPECIALTY: Jay leads the creation and implementation of the all-original training content that is delivered by our CoWorks’ partners. Additionally, Jay curates assessments, learning resources, and tools — selecting solutions to meet each organization’s unique goals.

SUPERPOWER: Developing leadership programing, coaching executives, addressing toxic workplace behavior, and teaching conflict resolution strategies
