ABOUT: NIA CLARK, MSW (she / her / hers) is a seasoned LGBTQIA+ and DEI trainer with 20 years of professional experience in both nonprofit and corporate sectors. Nia was the consulting producer of the Emmy-nominated MTV documentary, TRANSFORMATION, a film featuring herself and six trans & gender-diverse youth. Nia has developed and delivered training sessions for Human Rights Campaign, Point Foundation, Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Match Group, Mustache LLC, and the Los Angeles LGBT Center.

SPECIALTY: In partnership with CoWorks, Nia trains leaders and teams, on diversity, equity, and inclusion essentials.

SUPERPOWER: Building interactive virtual and live workshops that cater to groups across varying levels of understanding.
